OEM membership dues are assessed based on an organization's total US market share in its primary OEM market segment as of the prior full calendar year. Supplier and Consultant membership dues are assessed based on an organization's total annual corporate revenue in North America in the prior full calendar year.
Vehicle manufacturers with greater than 5% US market share in their primary market segment in the most recent calendar year.

Membership for companies in the automotive value chain with greater than $1 billion in total North American corporate sales in the most recent calendar year.
