Since 2002, Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) has been a leadership forum for global vehicle manufacturers and their large and small suppliers to work together to improve the environmental sustainability and business value of the global automotive & mobility supply chain. OEM membership dues are assessed based on an organization's total US market share in its primary OEM market segment as of the prior full calendar year. Supplier and Consultant membership dues are assessed based on an organization's total annual corporate revenue in North America in the prior full calendar year.
Vehicle manufacturers with greater than 5% US market share in their primary market segment in the most recent calendar year. Vehicle manufacturers ("OEMs") are defined as organizations whose primary business is the manufacture / assembly of complete vehicles. OEM market segments may include, for example, light-duty passenger vehicle manufacturers, medium- / heavy-duty commercial truck and bus manufacturers, and, agricultural and construction equipment manufacturers.
Membership for vehicle manufacturers with less than 5% US market share in their primary market segment in the most recent calendar year. Vehicle manufacturers ("OEMs") are defined as organizations whose primary business is the manufacture / assembly of complete vehicles. OEM market segments may include, for example, light-duty passenger vehicle manufacturers, medium- / heavy-duty commercial truck and bus manufacturers, and, agricultural and construction equipment manufacturers.
Membership for Suppliers with greater than $1 billion in total North American corporate sales in the most recent calendar year. "Suppliers" are defined as organizations engaged primarily in the: design, manufacture, transportation / logistics, processing, provision, retailing, and/or end of life management of components, modules, systems, in-vehicle software, primary or secondary raw materials, and/or capital equipment in commercial use by vehicle manufacturers and/or tiered suppliers within their products or operations.
Membership for Suppliers with greater than $500 million but less than $1 billion in total North American corporate sales in the most recent calendar year. "Suppliers" are defined as organizations engaged primarily in the: design, manufacture, transportation / logistics, processing, provision, retailing, and/or end of life management of components, modules, systems, in-vehicle software, primary or secondary raw materials, and/or capital equipment in commercial use by vehicle manufacturers and/or tiered suppliers within their products or operations.
Membership for Suppliers with greater than $250 million but less than $500 million in total North American corporate sales in the most recent calendar year. "Suppliers" are defined as organizations engaged primarily in the: design, manufacture, transportation / logistics, processing, provision, retailing, and/or end of life management of components, modules, systems, in-vehicle software, primary or secondary raw materials, and/or capital equipment in commercial use by vehicle manufacturers and/or tiered suppliers within their products or operations.
