The work group is intended to promote collaboration amongst automotive manufacturers and suppliers to increase use of sustainable practices, processes, and materials in the production and content of vehicles, and to incentivize sustainable innovation.

The purpose of this meeting is to continue prior discussions related to mass balance approach, share information on how and why mass balance is used in context of sustainable materials, and consider whether there is a need / role for SP to help improve understanding / awareness of this approach within the industry.
