Event Details

The Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) provides a forum for global automotive manufacturers, their large and small suppliers, the US EPA and other government entities from around the world to work together toward a shared vision of an automotive industry with positive environmental impact.

SP's quarterly membership meetings provide an opportunity for members to connect and share environmental sustainability best practices and strategies with industry peers, learn about emerging issues impacting the environment and their business operations, and identify new opportunities for collaborative action.

This quarterly meeting will include member and guest presentations on environmental best practices and emerging trends, and reports on outcomes of SP Work Groups / Projects. Key focus issues for discussion will include sustainable materials and sustainable packaging, carbon neutrality, and emerging sustainability challenges / opportunities.

Prior to the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to join a tour of Covanta's Indianapolis Materials Processing Facility and Energy-from-Waste Plant. Pre-meeting workshops of SP's sustainable packaging, carbon neutrality, EV battery, and water stewardship work groups will also be offered.

Note: Regular member registration for this event closed on April 21. Please contact Kellen Mahoney (kmahoney@navista.net) for more information.
