The Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) provides a forum for global automotive manufacturers and their large and small suppliers to work together toward a shared vision of an automotive industry with positive environmental impact.
SP's quarterly membership meetings provide an opportunity for members to connect and share environmental sustainability best practices and strategies with industry peers, learn about emerging issues impacting the environment and their business operations, and identify new opportunities for collaborative action.
SP's membership meetings are closed meetings, with registration open to employees of current SP member companies, as well as a limited number of invited industry (vehicle manufacturer and tiered supplier) guests and non-profit / government representatives.
This quarterly meeting will be hosted by Toyota Motor NA and will include member and guest presentations on environmental best practices and emerging trends, and reports on outcomes of SP Work Groups / Projects.
- Afternoon January 31: Optional pre-meeting workshops on carbon reduction and reporting, and emerging issues and opportunities, will be held on the afternoon of January 31. These sessions are open to all interested registered attendees. Following the workshops, there will be an evening networking reception held onsite at the event venue. An additional fee applies for the reception, please be sure to select the reception add-on option during registration if you wish to attend.
- February 1: SP's first quarterly membership meeting of 2024 will take place from 8:30am - 3:00pm EST on February 1. The meeting will include presentations on topics such as Scope 3 strategies, Catena-X sustainability standards, steel decarbonization, science based targets, dealership sustainability, and other emerging issues.
