The Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) provides a forum for global automotive manufacturers and their large and small suppliers to work together toward a shared vision of an automotive industry with positive environmental impact.
On October 26, SP will host a workshop and river cleanup event in Cincinnati, Ohio / Covington, Kentucky in collaboration with Living Lands & Waters. The full-day event will include a small group workshop on the morning of October 26 focused around zero waste initiatives and opportunities. Following the morning workshop, participants will participate in a hands-on river cleanup activity with the Living Lands & Waters crew along the Ohio River. An optional pre-event networking reception will be held on the evening of October 25.
Headquartered in East Moline, Illinois, Living Lands & Waters is a 501 (c)(3) environmental organization that was established by Chad Pregracke in 1998. Since the organization was founded, Living Lands & Waters has grown to be the only "industrial strength" river cleanup organization like it in the world. Spending up to nine months a year living and traveling on the barge, the Living Lands & Waters crew hosts river cleanups, watershed conservation initiatives, workshops, tree plantings and other key conservation efforts.

Optional Pre-Event Dinner: An optional pre-event dinner will be held at 6:30pm on October 25 at MOERLEIN LAGER HOUSE, 115 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Please be sure to register for the dinner option if planning to join.
